It’s rare that Oxygen works with a company close to home in Devon, let alone just a few doors away in Tiverton. Most companies looking for web design agency cast the net far and wide to find the right partner – with many of our clients from across the UK and overseas – but a home improvements business in Tiverton has enlisted our help! We’ve generated a smart, functional presence for them online.
House 2 Home is based in the same business park as Oxygen. The business supplies and installs kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms across the South West. They have plans for growth, and are handling a surge in interest in their services during lockdown. They appointed Oxygen to build their new website and create some core marketing tools.
Home improvements company required website improvements
Josh Ward is sales manager at House 2 Home. he said: “Although we’re busy, we realise the importance of marketing and creating a presence online that reflects what we do. We wanted a website that demonstrates the quality of our work, and Oxygen have delivered just that.
“Not only is the site clean and smart, it functions well on search engines and is simple to explore and use. Oxygen have also helped us design a brochure and our emails and we have a few other projects in the pipeline too.”
We have built the website using the world’s most popular content management system, WordPress. It’s a specialist area for us, and we find the WordPress system flexible as well as powerful, whether we’re creating a 10-page site like this or an enterprise scale website.
End-to-end development from design and build to copywriting
The site provides a great user experience. We have written the copy for the site to be easy to read, ensuring the values of the business shine through. This includes writing with search engines in mind. It’s clearly signposted so people find information in a click or two, with a clever mega menu. We’ve thought through the navigation in detail, and provided GDPR compliant forms and data capture. Put this alongside some great photography and we think it looks very nice indeed!
Oxygen is also securely hosting the site, and using security and backups in line with our ISO27001 certification to ensure the site is robust as well as informative.
