Here at Oxygen we believe that trust is pivotal in delivering excellent client service and satisfaction – which is why we have worked hard to achieve the ISO9001 and ISO27001 certifications. In fact, we’re celebrating 10 years of ISO accreditation this month.

These UKAS awards act as a benchmark for us to ensure that we always work to high security standards to protect our clients, and that quality is instilled throughout all that we do – from graphic design and web development, to marketing, copywriting and PR & media relations.

ISO9001: Quality Assurance

The international quality standard ISO9001:2015 certification recognises the effort and investment we’ve put into providing a high quality service and demonstrates how we are constantly improving how we work with our clients.

We have specific systems in place which help us to meet these high standards, including a dedicated internal CMS system for recording and controlling the full creative process for each project. By working to these standards, we can be certain that we are always delivering the very best for our clients and keeping them at the heart of everything that we do.

We’re delighted that in our customer survey this year, every customer responded that they were “Very Satisfied” with our service.

ISO27001: Information Security

ISO27001 is the information security standard – a certification that sets us apart from most agencies. Enabling best practice for the protection of client data and sensitive information, this accreditation demonstrates that information security is a priority for us; that we handle confidential and sensitive data correctly, and ensure your websites, artwork and projects are protected by a robust business continuity system.

Going beyond this, we have also invested in a Web Application Firewall to protect clients’ websites. This web server environment at the UK Fast data centre is also ISO14001 accredited.

We are audited and certified annually for both certifications, and for our clients it’s not just about a piece of paper on the wall or a logo on our website – it’s about authenticity. It’s about everyone we work with having the assurance that we are fully committed to quality and security.
