Marketing communications in global tech

J2 Innovations is a California-based tech business creating building automation software, with global clients and owned by Siemens.

They have engaged Oxygen on retainer (since 2023) to support them across their corporate copywriting, video and design requirements.

We were initially tasked with reviewing the company’s tone of voice and have applied it to the website and documentation/marketing materials. This has involved us understanding the complex world of building management platforms/technologies from scratch.
