Tiverton-based marketing communications agency, Oxygen, spoke to local students from Blundell’s School last week about careers in the marketing and communications industry, as part of a careers evening.
Oxygen MD Steve Lodge and Marketing Communications Account Manager Debbie Norton both attended the event, talking to students about their roles and the type of projects they get involved with.
“It was great to have the opportunity to talk to students about the marketing and communications industry, and in particular how Oxygen works as an agency,” said Steve. “The industry is growing rapidly in popularity as a career choice, and I think giving students the chance to interact with local businesses, and to ask questions about what it’s like to work within the industry, is a fantastic idea to help them choose their future career paths.”
Oxygen was joined by Exeter-based digital marketing agency Optix Solutions, specialist luxury holiday company Tropic Breeze and a Blundell’s parent, Claire Richardson.
