Oxygen video takes flight for Hertz in France

Devon design agency Oxygen has produced a promotional video for its long-standing client, car rental firm Hertz, that is currently live in airport lounges across France.

The 30-second video informs passengers of the opportunity to win 1 million air miles through the loyalty programme Flying Blue that Air France operates in conjunction with Hertz as their car rental partner.

The Tiverton-based agency has worked with the international car rental firm since 2008 providing various marketing solutions from copywriting to interactive presentations.

Adrian Payne, Marketing Manager, Strategic Airline Partnerships at Hertz, said: “This campaign is particularly important for Hertz because it commemorates 10 years of working on the Flying Blue frequent flyer programme. It was essential we worked with a team who understood this importance and in Oxygen we have found partners that really understand our business and provide a strong and effective working relationship.”

Steve Lodge, founder and Managing Director of Oxygen, said: “One of the most important components of a successful marketing campaign is proper communication between the client and the agency. This is where smaller agencies are finding their niche; the ability to provide a consistently personal relationship. Combine this with a multi-talented team of marketing professionals and you have a strong competitive edge that will see you shine above the rest, regardless of their size or reputation.”

The agency comprises 10 communication experts who provide a multi-disciplinary marketing communication service including design and web development, as well as PR, marketing and copywriting.

Since 2002, The Oxygen Agency has worked with regional businesses, government offices as well as global brands such as Kaba, BT, Honda, Kia Motors, Barclaycard and Ericsson.
