Heart of the South West LEP appoints Oxygen following two digital tenders

Oxygen has been awarded two contracts to support the digital activity of the Heart of the South West Local Enterprise Partnership.

The ‘Website Development’ and ‘Web Hosting and Support’ tenders were published by Somerset County Council on behalf of Heart of the South West LEP, which covers Devon, Plymouth, Somerset and Torbay.

Oxygen, which is based in Tiverton, has worked on a number of similar projects including the Connecting Devon and Somerset website in 2014. The agency includes Devon County Council, Somerset County Council and Mid Devon District Council as clients.

Managing Director Steve Lodge said: “We’re delighted to have won two separate tenders with HOTSW LEP, and firmly believe we can help them encourage and create sustainable economic growth in our region.

“We have continually invested in our agency and it is not just a great client list that demonstrates what we can achieve for the LEP. We are focused on service and in addition to an experienced team we have two international standards, ISO9001 an ISO27001, that ensure we continually raise standards.”

Heart of the South West LEP Chair Steve Hindley said: “Our website is the main platform from which we engage with our audiences, so it’s important that we develop the site to become more interactive and easy to use. As we see more LEP supported projects starting on site this year, we aim to use the new site to illustrate the wealth of exciting developments taking shape across the Heart of the South West area.”
